Fukano Sherry Cask 200th Anniversary Edition is a limited-release Japanese whisky from the historic Fukano Distillery in Hitoyoshi City, Japan, commemorating the distillery's 200-year legacy. This expression brings together four meticulously selected casks, each fully matured in either Oloroso or Manzanilla Sherry casks. It is bottled at cask strength of 42.3% ABV and is non-chill filtered, with production limited to just 2,234 bottles worldwide.

The Oloroso casks contribute traditional sweetness, while the Manzanilla casks introduce a savory nuttiness. Tasting notes include orange peel, walnut, well-aged balsamic vinegar, and roasted and caramelized apples. Aromatically complex, the whisky layers darker sherry-style sweetness with lighter rice-style sweet notes characteristic of Japanese distillation. Robust in texture yet refined on the palate, it pairs well with oily fish, chicken, and red meats.
