This expression features either a bourbon or rye whiskey finished in Caribbean rum casks, drawing flavor from decades-old vessels that previously held Caribbean rum.

The Caribbean rum cask finishing imparts rich sweetness, soft caramel undertones, and tropical notes that complement the base spirit's character. Iron Fish sources and finishes each barrel individually at their farm distillery in Thompsonville, Michigan, ensuring each single barrel selection offers a distinct and unique tasting profile.
