Château Corbin is one of the oldest and most prestigious wine estates in Saint-Émilion, Bordeaux, with origins dating back to the 15th century. Classified as a Saint-Émilion Grand Cru Classé since 1955, the estate spans 13 hectares in the northwest of the appellation, nestled on the doorstep of Pomerol. The vineyard is planted with 80% Merlot and 20% Cabernet Franc, crafting wines of exceptional elegance and longevity under the stewardship of Anabelle Cruse-Bardinet since 1999.
This 750ml bottle delivers a full-bodied red wine with rich aromas and flavors of blueberries, blackberries, smoke, mint, blood orange, and cedar, underpinned by layers of ripe tannins and a juicy, lingering finish. Château Corbin's signature approach of carefully tended vines, rigorous hand-selection of grape bunches, and slow barrel ageing ensures each vintage reflects the true character of the terroir. The 2020 vintage earned 94 points from both James Suckling and Vinous Media, and 93 points from Decanter, with recommended drinking from 2026 onward. Alcohol: 14.0% ABV.
