Old Forester Birthday Bourbon 2025 is a 12-year-old Kentucky straight bourbon whiskey aged from barrels filled on April 5, 2013. This 25th anniversary edition is bottled at 92 proof and represents a unique release using a sweet mash fermentation process without setback, relying solely on freshly-propagated yeast. The 210 barrels were hand-selected from Warehouse K, Floors 1 and 5, by Master Distiller Emeritus Chris Morris and Assistant Master Distiller Caleb Trigo.

This limited edition bourbon features a honeycomb color with complex aromas of herbal tea, cardamom, raw oak, tropical fruits, and green apple. The palate delivers silky notes of oak and vanilla balanced with sweet citrus, clove spice, baking spices, and rye grain. The finish reveals candied apple, burnt sugar, leather, and chai spice with dry charred oak and rye spice. The mashbill consists of 72% corn, 18% rye, and 10% malted barley. Each bottle is 700mL and purchase is limited to one per customer.
