Bale Breaker Fresh Hop Topcutter IPA is a limited seasonal release from Bale Breaker Brewing Company, a family-owned brewery rooted in four generations of hop farming in the Yakima Valley, Washington. This special-edition IPA is brewed minutes after fresh Simcoe® hops are picked from the family's farm during the annual September harvest, capturing a fleeting, vibrant character that sets it apart from the year-round version.

The beer delivers the signature pine, citrus, and stone fruit profile of the flagship Topcutter IPA, but with an extra juicy vibrancy and resinous depth that only fresh hops can provide. It pours with complex aromas of pine, grapefruit, and floral notes driven by late additions of Simcoe®, Citra®, and Mosaic® hops. The malt backbone uses 2-Row, Pilsner, and Munich malts with Bale Breaker's house yeast strain. Topcutter clocks in at 6.8% ABV and 70 IBUs, making it a bold yet balanced West Coast IPA.
