Aresca Gavi DOCG is a crisp Italian white wine from the Gavi DOCG appellation in the Piedmont region, produced by Aresca Vini. Made from 100% Cortese grapes harvested by hand from vineyards in the Gavi territory, it benefits from the unique microclimate shaped by the proximity of the Ligurian Sea to the south and the Apennine mountains to the west.

The wine is produced through soft pressing of the grapes followed by temperature-controlled fermentation at 20-22°C in stainless steel tanks, then aged for a minimum of three months in stainless steel before bottling. It pours a pale straw yellow with greenish reflections and offers a fresh, fruity bouquet of green apple, apricot, and white flowers. On the palate it is crisp and fragrant with lively acidity and a pleasant savory finish. Alcohol content is 12.5-13% by volume.

Best enjoyed as an aperitif or paired with seafood and light fish dishes.
