Domaine Belle "Les Pierrelles" is a 100% Syrah red wine from the Crozes-Hermitage appellation in the Northern Rhône Valley of France. Philippe Belle, alongside his father Albert, helped build the modern domaine in 1990 after studying oenology, and today the estate spans approximately 25 hectares across the Crozes-Hermitage, Hermitage, and Saint-Joseph appellations.

The "Les Pierrelles" cuvée (translating to "the stones") is sourced from organically farmed vineyards in the Crozes-Hermitage communes of Pont d'Isère and Mercurol. After harvest, the wine is matured for 14 months in a rotation of used oak barrels (25% each at two, three, four, and five years old), preserving the fruit character while adding structure and depth.

On the palate, Les Pierrelles offers inviting aromas of sweet spices, blackcurrant, and raspberry, with dark fruit, black pepper, and violet notes characteristic of Northern Rhône Syrah. The palate is soft and voluptuous with silky tannins and a long, balanced, lifted finish. It is an excellent expression of elegant, approachable Crozes-Hermitage at a great value.
