Concha y Toro Diablo Volcanic Cabernet Sauvignon is a bold red wine sourced from the Rapel Valley in Chile's Central Valley wine region. Rapel Valley is known for its volcanic soils and diverse microclimates, which contribute to the wine's distinctive character and depth. This case includes 12 bottles of 750 ml each.
The wine presents a deep ruby color with purple hints and aromas of blackcurrant, blackberry, cherry, and hints of vanilla, oak, and pepper. On the palate, it delivers rich dark fruit flavors — blackberry, black cherry, and plum — complemented by smooth, well-integrated tannins and balanced acidity. A medium-length finish carries notes of black fruit, wood, and spice.
Diablo Volcanic is crafted by Concha y Toro, one of Chile's most prominent and internationally recognized wineries, founded in 1883. The Diablo line celebrates the intensity and volcanic origins of its terroir. This Cabernet Sauvignon pairs well with grilled red meats, lamb, aged cheeses, and hearty pasta dishes. Serve at 16–18°C (61–64°F).
