La Sort is a single-vineyard, organically certified 100% Garnacha wine crafted by Dominio Los Pinos (Bodegas Los Pinos) in the Denominación de Origen Valencia, Spain. This elegant, Atlantic-style red showcases the expressive character of old-vine Garnacha from a single parcela, fermented naturally in concrete tanks with 80% destemmed grapes and 20% whole clusters, then aged a minimum of 12 months in those same vessels.

In the glass, La Sort pours a deep cherry red with violet edges. The nose opens with inviting aromas of compoted red and black fruits — blackberries, cherries, and red currants — with a jammy, fruit-forward character. On the palate, the wine delivers soft, approachable tannins and a warm, round body, with a long, persistent finish of blackberry marmalade. A deliciously complex garnet-colored wine with aromas and flavors of bright cherry and marmalade.

This wine pairs beautifully with cured cheeses, slow-cooked stews, and grilled meats. Serve at 16°C (61°F) for optimal expression. The wine is certified organic and gluten free, made without synthetic pesticides or additives.
