Beam Distilling Co., aged 11 years and bottled at 110 proof (55% ABV). This expression originates from Warehouse W, a five-story, nearly century-old rickhouse positioned in a humid, creekside location along Hardin's Creek, whose unique microclimate gives this bourbon its distinctive character and identity.

Part of the Hardin's Creek Warehouse Series — an ongoing exploration of how different rickhouse environments, architectures, and microclimates shape whiskeys made from identical mashbills — The Beaver One showcases nearly 230 years of Beam family whiskey-making expertise. The bottle features symbolic artwork reflecting its creekside origins and is available in a 700ml format.

On the nose, this bourbon opens with mixed nuts (peanut dominant), brown sugar, baking spice, and oak. The palate delivers rich layers of caramel, vanilla, baking spice (cinnamon, clove, and black pepper), baking chocolate, stewed apples, and oak, with a characteristically oily and full mouthfeel. The finish is long and viscous, offering apple tea with a cinnamon stick, honey, seasoned leather, rye spice, and firmly aged dry oak.
