This project was born from a 30-year partnership with renowned Paso Robles grape-grower Sam Balakian, resulting in an accessible, value-driven Cabernet Sauvignon.

The wine typically features aromas of blackberry, sweet leather, and undertones of smokiness, with hints of Belgian milk chocolate, nutmeg, and black pepper adding complexity to the supple fruit profile. Some vintages offer notes of toasted dill, herbes de Provence, and toasted coconut, rounded with espresso and dried cherry flavors framed by boysenberry and roasted cacao nibs. The full body and chewy tannins make this an ideal pairing for grilled steaks and hearty dishes.
