Alto Moncayo Garnacha is a flagship red wine from Bodegas Alto Moncayo, a winery founded in 2002 in the Campo de Borja Denominación de Origen (DO) region of northeastern Spain, situated at the foot of the Moncayo mountain range in Aragón. This single-varietal Garnacha (Grenache) is crafted from old vines ranging from 40 to 70 years in age, grown at high altitude on clay and limestone soils, which contribute to the wine's concentration and complexity.

The wine is aged for approximately 20 months in new French oak barrels, resulting in a bold, full-bodied red with dense, fine-grained tannins and a velvety texture. Tasting notes reveal rich layers of blackberry, black currant, and dark plum fruit alongside accents of toasted oak, dried sage, melted licorice, smoke, and cocoa powder. The finish is long and lingering, characteristic of high-quality old-vine Garnacha. Critics have awarded it scores of 92–93 points from publications including Wine Spectator and Tastings.com, and it won Vivino's 2020 Wine Style Award for Spanish Grenache.
