Ayala Le Blanc de Blancs A/18 is an Extra-Brut Champagne from Maison Ayala, one of the original Grande Marques houses founded in 1860 in Aÿ, Champagne, France. Part of the Bollinger family since 2005, Ayala is celebrated for its Chardonnay-driven wines that emphasize purity, elegance, and freshness.

This 100% Chardonnay cuvée is sourced exclusively from Grand Cru and Premier Cru vineyards of the Côte des Blancs, drawing from acclaimed villages including Chouilly, Cramant, and Le Mesnil-sur-Oger. The "A/18" designation identifies the 2018 assemblage vintage. After harvest, the wine is aged on lees for approximately six years, developing aromatic complexity and a hallmark creamy texture. The Extra-Brut dosage of just 5g/L preserves the wine's outstanding purity and minerality.

On the nose, expect elegant aromas of pear, grapefruit, jasmine, and honey, with fine and dynamic bubbles.
