The Stage Door Wine Co Grüner Veltliner is a premium white wine from Eden Valley, South Australia, one of Australia's finest cool-climate wine regions. Produced by Stage Door Wine Co, established in 2013 by owner Graeme Thredgold, with winemaking by Phil Lehmann across 33 hectares of estate and contract-grown vineyard. The winery specialises in cool-climate varieties including Grüner Veltliner, Riesling, and Grenache.

This wine displays a pale golden yellow colour with a green hue. Floral notes over camphor and cinnamon define the nose, with classic Grüner Veltliner signatures of white pepper, dried herbs, and fennel seeds adding aromatic complexity. The palate is textural and full-bodied, delivering flavours of gooseberry, ripe grapefruit, and nectarine, supported by lively acidity and minerality that carry through to a long, clean finish. The wine is partially vinified in second-hand French oak, lending structure and subtle depth without overpowering the variety's freshness.
