Union Horse Distilling Co.'s Bottled in Bond Reserve Straight Bourbon is a limited-edition small-batch bourbon crafted in Lenexa, Kansas. This whiskey is distilled and bottled in bond, made from a traditional sour mash recipe of corn and rye using a 500-gallon column pot still named Chester Copperpot. The bourbon is aged for six years in signature oak barrels within a federally bonded warehouse, developing full-bodied character and depth. Non-chill filtered and bottled at 100 proof (50% ABV), each bottle is hand-numbered and signed by Master Distiller and Co-Founder Patrick Garcia.

The bourbon offers a complex tasting profile with notes of butterscotch, vanilla, cinnamon spice, and dark fruit on the palate. This expression has earned multiple prestigious awards including Platinum at the 2025 Ascot Awards, Double Gold with 96 points at the 2025 San Francisco World Spirits Competition, and recognition in Fred Minnick's Top 100 American Whiskeys of 2024. It was originally released as a limited edition in October 2023 and has since become a year-round offering in the Union Horse stable of brands.
