Tabalí Talinay Caliza Chardonnay is a single-vineyard white wine sourced from the Talinay Vineyard in the Limarí Valley of northern Chile. "Caliza" (Spanish for limestone) refers to a rare 0.7-hectare parcel within the vineyard where the highest concentration of chalky limestone soil is found — the only site in Chile planted over pure limestone, delivering exceptional mineral character and elegance.

The vineyard sits just 12 km from the Pacific Ocean, adjacent to the Fray Jorge National Park in a region UNESCO has designated a World Biosphere Reserve. The cool coastal climate keeps maximum summer temperatures below 23.5°C, pushing harvest two to three weeks later than other Chilean coastal regions. Proximity to the Atacama desert keeps the vineyard virtually rot- and disease-free, while the famous autumn coastal fog, the "Camanchaca," provides natural moisture. Grapes are hand picked in late February after careful bunch selection by the viticulture team. The wine is fermented in premium French oak barrels from prestigious forests including Fontainebleau, Jupille, and Vosges, then aged for 10 months.

Pale yellow in color, the wine shows great depth with saline and mineral notes, a long, tense, and juicy palate, and a linear, refined structure. Wine critic Tim Atkin named it one of his "Chardonnays of the Year" in his 2023 Chile report and awarded it 96 points in his 2024 edition, describing the style as "Chile meets Puligny-Montrachet." Pairs beautifully with seafood, ravioli, and light chicken dishes. Sold in a case of 6 × 750ml bottles.
