Choose from flavors including Pork and Chive Dumplings, Chicken and Cabbage Dumplings, Vegetable Dumplings, Crab Rangoons, Scallion Pancake, and Roasted Pork Buns. All products are peanut-free, egg-free, and milk-free, and are produced in a facility that also processes milk, eggs, fish, shellfish, nuts, sesame, soy, and wheat.

Dumplings can be boiled, pan-seared, or steamed. To boil from frozen, bring 6 cups of water to a rapid boil, add 8-12 dumplings, return to boil, then reduce to medium heat and cook about 6 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F. For a pan-seared style, heat oil over medium-high heat, place dumplings flat-side down, add water to partially submerge, cover and cook 5 minutes, then uncover and sear until golden, about 3-4 more minutes. Roasted Pork Buns should be steamed from frozen for 14 minutes, or 8 minutes from thawed, until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
