Koval Cranberry Gin Liqueur is a handcrafted organic spirit from Chicago's first distillery since Prohibition, founded in 2008. This small batch liqueur offers an enticing blend of fruit-forward and bittersweet cranberry flavors, enhanced by the crisp, well-rounded notes of Koval Gin's signature 13 botanicals. Made from all-natural ingredients sourced directly from local, organic Midwestern farmers and distilled using Austrian traditions brought to America by founders Robert and Sonat Birnecker.

The liqueur features 30% ABV (60 proof) and is certified organic and kosher. It has earned multiple awards including Gold at the New and Innovative Spirits Awards and Best American Gin Liqueur at the World Liqueur Awards. Perfect as an aperitif, it can be mixed with Prosecco or sparkling water to create an easy, signature spritz. The distillery uses non-GMO enzymes and yeast, with water sourced from Lake Michigan and purified using a natural charcoal method. All production takes place in their grain-to-bottle facility in Chicago's North End using a custom-made 2,000 gallon Kothe Destillationstechnik copper-pot still imported from Germany.
