Ardmore 26 Year Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky is a rare Highland expression distilled at Ardmore Distillery in October 1997 and bottled in January 2024 by Elixir Distillers under their acclaimed Single Malts of Scotland (SMOS) label. Aged for 26 years in a single re-charred hogshead cask (Cask #901311), only 235 bottles were produced from this exceptional release. The whisky is bottled at natural cask strength of 49.9% ABV (99.8 proof) in a 700mL format. Costco carries it in cases of 6 bottles.

On the nose, the whisky opens with intense aromas of pineapple, peach, and golden sultanas, reflecting a rich tropical character that developed over more than a quarter century of maturation. The palate delivers a harmonious blend of spice, fudge, and subtle smoke, offering a layered complexity balanced by a silky mouthfeel.
