Kōloa Cane Fire is a cinnamon-flavored Hawaiian rum crafted on Kaua'i using pure Hawaiian sugarcane instead of molasses, resulting in a cleaner, mineral-rich spirit. The rum is distilled in a vintage 1,210 gallon steam-powered copper pot still and cut with filtered rainwater from Mount Waiʻaleʻale, giving it a smooth, slightly silky mouthfeel. Natural Hawaiian-grown cinnamon from O.K. Farms near Hilo is slowly macerated in the twice-distilled rum, creating authentic warmth and bold spice without artificial syrups.

The rum pours a rich amber color with golden undertones. The aroma combines cinnamon bark with subtle vanilla and hints of citrus. On the palate, the cinnamon spice is upfront yet balanced, delivering a robust, grown-up heat at 40% ABV (80 proof) that's lively but not cloying. The finish is warming and long-lasting with a slightly peppery and zesty moderate spice level.
