The Seiko Essentials SSB445 is a men's quartz chronograph watch from the Essentials Collection. Designed with a slim profile for sport or everyday wear, it features a rich blue dial with a y-shaped pressed pattern inspired by streetwear and silver-tone accents, framed by a blue tachymeter bezel.

The chronograph measures up to 60 minutes of elapsed time in 1/5-second increments across three subdials, including a 24-hour indicator. A date calendar is positioned on the dial, and LumiBrite hands and markers provide visibility in low-light conditions. The 43mm stainless steel case is 11.6mm thick with a 50.4mm lug-to-lug length and houses the Seiko Caliber 8T63 quartz chronograph movement behind a scratch-resistant sapphire crystal and screwdown caseback.

The stainless steel bracelet has a 22mm lug width and secures with a tri-fold push-button deployant clasp. Water resistant to 100 meters (10 bar).
