This Brunello di Montalcino DOCG is crafted by Fattoria La Magia, an organic estate in the heart of Tuscany's renowned Montalcino region. Made from 100% Sangiovese grapes, this wine embodies the classic Brunello style with power and structure balanced by superb elegance.

The estate sits at 400-450 meters altitude above the UNESCO World Heritage Abbey of Sant'Antimo, facing south-east towards Mount Amiata. The unique microclimate created by cold mountain winds, morning sun exposure, and high elevation adds distinctive freshness, tension, and energy to the wine. The Schwarz family has owned La Magia since the mid-1970s and were pioneers in estate-bottling Brunello wines. Second-generation winemaker Fabian Schwarz continues the family tradition using certified organic farming practices.

The wine is aged for three years, primarily in 500-liter French oak tonneaux. It displays a ruby red color tending towards garnet, with aromas of thyme, dried herbs, violets, brewed dark tea, and sweet morello cherries. The palate offers typical red berry fruit, mineral overtones, delicate spices, generous acidity, restrained tannins, and a long finish. Medium to full-bodied with chewy tannins, this wine benefits from cellaring to soften and fully develop its complexity. Pairs excellently with beef and venison.
