The Federalist Pinot Noir is a fruit-forward California red wine crafted from 100% Pinot Noir grapes sourced from the Central Coast appellation. Inspired by the pioneering spirit of America's founding principles, this wine is produced in a small-batch, boutique winemaking process designed to bring bold, refined flavors to the table.

On the nose, the wine opens with aromas of cranberry, pomegranate, hibiscus, white pepper, graphite, and a hint of blood orange. On the palate it delivers a complex mouthfeel with bright Bing cherry flavors, medium body, velvety tannins, and a balanced acidity that carries through to a smooth, generous finish.

The grapes are fermented in stainless steel tanks for approximately 12 days, pressed at dryness to preserve natural fruit character, and then aged for 8 months in oak barrels to add subtle depth and complexity.
