The Tao of Josh is a West Coast IPA crafted by pFriem Family Brewers in Hood River, Oregon, as a limited collaborative project with Georgetown Brewing Company of Seattle. Each brewery used the same base recipe — relying on their own distinct processes in raw material procurement, brewhouse operation, cellaring, and packaging — to showcase how two teams pursuing the same philosophy can arrive at their own unique expression. This beer pours a brilliant straw color with a beautiful white fluffy head. Bright aromas of berries, mango, gummy candy, and peach are accompanied by tropical notes of pineapple and guava. On the palate, smooth flavors of ripe peach, nectarines, white wine, and mixed berries lead to a finish with appropriate sweetness and resin. ABV 7.0%, IBU 45. Brewed with Rahr Pilsner and Rahr Pale malts; hopped with Mosaic, Mosaic Dynaboost, Citra, Nelson, Nectaron, and Krush Cryo; fermented with American Ale yeast.

Pairs well with rich burgers, French fries, and complex pizzas. Also complements aged cheddar, cured meats, pickled vegetables, and spice-forward Indian dishes balanced with yogurt or cream-based sauces. Sold as a 6-pack of 12oz bottles.
