Le Blason de Parnay is a crisp, refreshing white wine from the Saumur appellation of France's Loire Valley, produced at Château de Parnay under certified organic farming practices. Made entirely from Chenin Blanc grapes grown on clay-limestone tuffeau terroir overlooking the Loire River, this wine expresses the Loire's hallmark freshness with aromas of pear, yellow apple, and quince layered over floral and honey notes. The palate is light-bodied with vibrant acidity and a bright citrus finish.

Château de Parnay is a historic estate located in the village of Parnay, east of Saumur, covering 35 hectares of vines. The property has been farmed organically since 2013 under the stewardship of Régis Vincenot, who acquired the estate in 2006. The chalk-and-limestone soils known as tuffeau — the same pale stone used to build the Loire châteaux — define the minerality and freshness characteristic of this appellation.

Best served well-chilled, Le Blason de Parnay pairs beautifully with poultry, mild soft cheeses, vegetarian dishes, and rich fish such as salmon or trout. Contains sulfites.
