Flora Springs Out of Sight Cabernet Sauvignon is a single-vineyard wine from the Rutherford area of Napa Valley, crafted from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. This wine is wonderfully approachable in its youth yet has the capacity to age gracefully for five, ten, even fifteen years.

The Out of Sight Vineyard is located on the southeastern slopes of Napa Valley between the Coombsville and Atlas Peak Appellations, planted on a gentle slope with Haire loam soils that create ideal conditions for growing rich, concentrated Cabernet Sauvignon. The vineyard is Fish Friendly Farming Certified and farmed using both sustainable and CCOF certified organic farming practices.

Tasting notes reveal warm and unctuous black fruit that glides across the palate, accompanied by notes of licorice, sassafras, coconut and marshmallow, with exotic red and black fruits, sappy green herbs, tobacco, and sandalwood nuances. The wine features mature tannins that bring it to a smooth finish with excellent acidity. The 2021 vintage received 92 points from Jeb Dunnuck and 90 points from Wine Spectator.

The wine is aged in French oak barrels (70% new) for eighteen months after fermentation in small stainless steel tanks. It pairs well with rack of lamb with rosemary and thyme, creamy mushroom risotto, or Mozzarella "Al Minuto" cheese.
