Louis Jadot Bourgogne Aligoté is a classic white Burgundy produced by Maison Louis Jadot, one of the region's most celebrated négociants, with roots in Burgundy dating back to 1826. Made from 100% Aligoté grapes sourced from carefully selected vineyards throughout the Bourgogne appellation, this wine highlights one of Burgundy's oldest and most characterful indigenous white varieties.

The wine displays a light golden color with attractive green hints. On the nose it offers fresh, clean aromas of green apple, lemon, and the characteristic Aligoté grape, complemented by subtle mineral and floral undertones. On the palate it is dry and refreshing, with lively acidity balanced by a pleasant softness, leading to a clean, elegant finish. Alcohol content is 12.5% by volume. Contains sulfites.

This wine pairs beautifully with shellfish, white fish, salmon, poultry, charcuterie, pasta, and mild cheeses — particularly goat cheese — and also serves as an excellent aperitif.
