Bauman's Cider Clyde's Dry is a 6.9% ABV hard cider crafted by Bauman's Cider Company — also known as Bauman's Century Farm Cider Co — in Gervais, Oregon. The cidery was founded in 2016 by Christine Walter on the historic Bauman family farm, bringing generations of agricultural heritage into every batch.

Named in honor of Clyde Bauman, who was born in 1921 on the farm where he would live his entire 92 years, Clyde's Dry is a heartfelt tribute to his life and his enduring love of the land. The cider is a blend of more than a dozen apple varietals — including both sweets and sharps grown on the family farm — with tannic character drawn from the blend and the addition of locally-picked crab apples. The result is a dry, low-tannin cider with a mouthwatering balance of natural acids and gentle tannins.

Available in 500ml bottles, Clyde's Dry was part of Bauman's Cider's inaugural bottled release in 2018, bringing this award-winning flagship cider to a wider audience beyond the Portland-Salem metro area.
