Ferraton Pere & Fils La Source Saint-Joseph is a 100% Syrah from the Saint-Joseph appellation in the Northern Rhone Valley, France. Produced by the historic Domaine Ferraton, founded in 1946 by Jean Ferraton and now operated in collaboration with Rhone legend Michel Chapoutier, this wine showcases the classic character of Northern Rhone Syrah.

The wine presents a bright, deep ruby color with a very pure nose of small, ripe black berries and pronounced minerality. On the palate, it delivers blackcurrant and blackberry fruit giving way to savory notes of black olive, pepper, and spice. The tannins are bold, rich, and mouthcoating, balanced by a refreshing minerality on the long-lasting finish. Additional nuances of coffee, licorice, and smoke round out the medium to full-bodied profile. Cork closure, 13% ABV.
