Mahina Premium Rum is a handcrafted Hawaiian spirit produced by Hali'imaile Distilling Company and distilled, blended, and bottled in Maui, Hawai'i. It is made from raw turbinado sugar and infused with Kona coffee distillate, Madagascar vanilla, cocoa essence, clove, cinnamon, and citrus oils—all processed through the distillery's one-of-a-kind proprietary pot stills.

Maximum exposure to heating elements during distillation allows the rum to retain its natural rich caramel, crème brûlée, and bananas foster characteristics. The result is a balanced yet complex spirit with notes of nutmeg, vanilla, brown sugar, and caramel, with warm flavors of crème brûlée and bananas foster on the finish.
