Kaiken Disobedience by Francis Mallmann is a premium red blend from Mendoza, Argentina, crafted through a collaboration between winemaker Aurelio Montes Jr. and renowned Argentine chef Francis Mallmann. The blend changes its composition each vintage, typically featuring Malbec, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Merlot, reflecting Mallmann's free-spirited personality and Kaiken's willingness to challenge conventions.

The grapes are sourced from vineyards in Los Chacayes in the Uco Valley at 1,250 meters above sea level and Vistalba in Luján de Cuyo at 1,050 meters above sea level. The wine presents an intense ruby color with a slight violet hue. Aromas are intense, balanced, and elegant, featuring complex fruit expressions reminiscent of wild berries, spices, and wild herbs. On the palate, it is broad with great amplitude, fine textures, and well-integrated fruity character alongside oak aging notes. Tasting notes include blackberry, cassis, plum, oak, vanilla, leather, and graphite with medium tannins and medium acidity. The finish is long and persistent, revealing great aging potential.
