Loveblock TEE Sauvignon Blanc is a certified-organic, vegan-friendly white wine from the Awatere Valley in New Zealand's Marlborough region, made with no added sulphur. The name "TEE" refers to the green tea leaf extract (tannin from Camellia sinensis) used in place of traditional sulphur dioxide as a natural antioxidant, added at 5 mg/L each time the wine is exposed to oxygen during winemaking.

Grapes are sourced from a small parcel of vines on the certified-organic Woolshed vineyard in the Lower Dashwood sub-region of Marlborough's Awatere Valley, grown using regenerative practices including biodynamic preparations, with no chemical pesticides, fungicides, or additives. Pruned to two or three canes and harvested in March, this is a single-vineyard bottling crafted by winemaker Kim Crawford with a focus on purity and minimal intervention.

The wine pours pale straw with a hint of green and gold. Aromas include mandarin zest, quince, yellow peach, sweet basil, gooseberry, white pepper, and wet stone minerality with structured herbal notes. The palate is elegant and layered, with juicy mandarin, earthy cumin, sweet basil, ripe yellow star fruit (carambola), and fresh pineapple, finishing with a mild tannin note and a hint of umami. Alcohol 13.0%; residual sugar 6.7 g/l.

Ranked #33 on Wine Spectator's Top 100 Wines of 2025, selected blind from more than 10,200 wines worldwide, and awarded 93 Points by Wine Enthusiast (Hidden Gem designation). Pairs well with goat's cheese, oysters, seafood, pasta, and chicken.
