Domaine Bousquet Gaia Malbec is a premium 100% Malbec crafted by the Bousquet family, French pioneers who established their estate in 1997 in the high-altitude Gualtallary district of Tupungato, Uco Valley, Mendoza, Argentina. The wine is certified organic, biodynamic (Demeter-Certified), and Regenerative Organic Certified (ROC), placing it among the most sustainability-focused wines produced in Argentina.

Estate vineyards are situated at approximately 4,000 feet (1,200 meters) of altitude, where significant day-to-night temperature variation preserves vibrant acidity and intense aromatics in the hand-harvested fruit. After harvest, the wine is aged for 8 to 10 months in French oak barrels, which develops structure and complexity while preserving the varietal's inherent fruit character.

Gaia Malbec exhibits an intense violet color with aromas of blackberry, plum, and violet, layered with hints of tobacco and dark chocolate. On the palate, the wine is medium to full-bodied with a juicy, velvety texture, mature and well-integrated tannins, and a long, polished finish with subtle oak nuances. At 14.5% alcohol by volume, it pairs beautifully with grilled red meats, lamb, hearty pasta dishes, and aged cheeses.
