Philippe Gonet TER Blanc de Blancs Extra Brut is a prestige grower Champagne from the Grand Cru village of Le Mesnil-sur-Oger in the Côte des Blancs. Part of the exclusive TER Collection—named for the three distinct terroirs that define each cuvée—this non-vintage Blanc de Blancs is crafted entirely from Chardonnay sourced from three world-class parcels: Les Haute-Mottes in Le Mesnil-sur-Oger (Grand Cru), Vozémieux in Oger (Grand Cru), and Les Corrigniers in Ludes (Premier Cru). The Gonet family has been producing Champagne since 1830, and today the estate is run by seventh-generation siblings Pierre and Chantal Gonet.

The TER cuvées are fermented and aged in 60-hectoliter oak barrels without malolactic fermentation, a technique that preserves freshness and mineral precision. The bottle design is inspired by an 18th-century bottle found in the estate's cellars. The vines used for this cuvée have never been treated with herbicides or insecticides, reflecting the family's commitment to sustainable viticulture.

Pale yellow in color with an abundant fine perlage, the TER Blanc de Blancs opens with an elegant nose of fresh nuts, subtle vanilla, grapefruit, and lime. On the palate it is smooth and lively, driven by the characteristic freshness of Chardonnay, with a finish of white flowers and pronounced saline minerality that evokes the chalk-rich soils of the Côte des Blancs. The wine earned 97 points from the Decanter World Wine Awards—tied for the highest score awarded to any Champagne in 2024—and is featured on the wine lists of Michelin-starred restaurants including Guy Savoy in Paris and Le Bernardin in New York City.
