This limited-edition expression is first matured in American oak ex-bourbon barrels before undergoing an 18-month finishing period in virgin Hungarian oak casks made from Quercus Petraea sourced from the Zemplén forest in the mountains of northeast Hungary. The rocky volcanic soil, colder climate, and higher altitude create slow-growing trees with tighter grain, a desirable trait for aging spirit. The casks were naturally air-dried for 36 months before being toasted and charred to medium level.

Bottled at 48% ABV without added coloring or chill filtration, this whisky delivers an aromatic and well-balanced experience with silky smooth richness. The nose bursts with butterscotch, citrus, and milk chocolate, accompanied by cinnamon, raisins, orchard fruits, and ginger.
