Farmers Applewood Smoked Bacon is a thick-cut, sliced bacon sold in a twin pack of two 2-pound packages (4 pounds total). The bacon is slow-smoked over real applewood for a naturally sweet, smoky flavor. It is manufactured by Smithfield Packaged Meats Corp and cured with water, salt, sugar, sodium phosphates, flavoring, sodium erythorbate, and sodium nitrite.

The bacon can be prepared on the stovetop over medium-high heat until browned and crisp, in the oven at 375°F for 15 to 20 minutes, or in the microwave for 4 to 75 seconds per slice. Once opened, use within 7 days. The product is U.S. inspected and passed by the Department of Agriculture.
