Smoky Scot is a heavily peated Islay single malt Scotch whisky distilled at the renowned Caol Ila distillery on the Isle of Islay, Scotland, and independently bottled by Aceo Spirits. Matured for five years in ex-bourbon casks, it is bottled at 46% ABV and presented in natural colour without chill filtration, preserving the full character of this rugged Islay expression.

On the nose, expect prominent maritime smoke, salty sea air, and woody notes with an evocative bonfire quality. The palate opens with a bold, smoky assault of iodine, seaweed, and tar that gradually softens into fruity and sweet notes of lemon, medicinal peat, and cracked pepper.
