Heaven Hill Distillery's 90th Anniversary 9-Year-Old Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey commemorates nine decades of independent family ownership and American whiskey craftsmanship. This limited edition bourbon is crafted from Heaven Hill's traditional mashbill of 78% corn, 12% malted barley, and 10% rye, bottled at 107 proof.

This exceptional release is a blend of 70% Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey aged in standard barrels and 30% aged in heavy char barrels with intense "alligator" char layers. All 204 barrels were produced on December 13, 2015, marking Heaven Hill's 80th Anniversary, and matured for nine years and eight months in Rickhouses G and H on the 4th and 6th floors. The heavy char barrels enhance smoothness and depth, imparting rich notes of caramel, vanilla, toasted spice, oak warmth, menthol, and peanut butter. The whiskey is non-chill filtered to preserve its full character and mouthfeel.

The bourbon offers a grain-forward nose with barrel char and vanilla-caramel notes. The palate delivers menthol character, vanilla, almond, corn chips, and peanut butter, finishing with cigar box elements and lingering spice. This 750ml bottle is packaged in a commemorative blue box, celebrating the Shapira family's vision of crafting whiskey with integrity, patience, and pride since 1935.
