Heavensake "Label Orange" Junmai Daiginjo is a premium collaboration sake crafted by legendary Champagne cellar master Régis Camus and the historic Urakasumi brewery (Saura), founded in 1724 in Shiogama, Miyagi Prefecture, Japan. This refined junmai daiginjo is brewed with locally grown Yamadanishiki and Kura no Hana rice, polished to 40-50%, and fermented using Urakasumi's famed proprietary Association No. 12 (Kyokai 12) yeast.

Presented in Heavensake's signature black glass bottle with a distinctive orange cap, this sake pours with a platinum shine and offers an aromatic bouquet of white flowers, peach, lemonpeel, cantaloupe, and apricot. On the palate, it delivers layers of grapefruit, blood orange, young apple, pear, mango, and lemon candy on a balanced, silky flow with a light spritzy feeling and a zesty grapefruit finish. The taste profile is light and dry with 16.3% alcohol, an SMV of 2.1, and acidity of 1.4.
