Spiceology's Cowboy Candy Blend is a sweet and spicy seasoning inspired by the beloved Texas BBQ condiment of candied jalapeños, created in collaboration with chef Derek Wolf. It captures all the bold flavors of traditional cowboy candy — jalapeño heat, tangy vinegar, and rich caramelized sugar — without any of the pickling process.

The blend features cane sugar, brownulated sugar, sea salt, white vinegar powder, jalapeño pepper, garlic, mustard seed, onion, chile pepper, molasses granules, and caramelized sugar powder. The molasses and caramelized sugar granules form a killer crust when grilled, making it an excellent rub for beef, pork, poultry, and seafood. It also works well on vegetables, rice, pasta, and even cocktails. For best results as a marinade, let it rest on the protein for at least an hour.
