This exceptional rosé champagne is composed of 90% Pinot Noir and 10% Chardonnay, blended with 13% Pinot Noir red wine from the historic Clos Colin parcel in Bouzy, owned by Madame Clicquot's husband. The wine was aged sur latte for eight years and disgorged in March 2023 with a dosage of 8 grams per liter.

This graceful champagne displays a deep salmon color with delicate aromas of wild strawberries, toasted brioche, tea rose, and hints of ginger.
