Jean Leon Vinya Le Havre Reserva is a premium red wine from the DO Penedès region of Spain. This limited-production Reserva is crafted from 80% Cabernet Sauvignon and 20% Cabernet Franc, grown on a unique 12-hectare estate vineyard planted in 1968 — one of the first sites extensively planted with French grape varieties in the Penedès region.

The wine is named after the French port of Le Havre, from which Jean Leon set sail for the United States as a stowaway. A stranger aboard helped him stay hidden, and this wine pays homage to that silent act of complicity that changed his life forever. The estate has been farmed organically since 2008 and holds the Qualified Single Estate Wine certification, meaning the vineyard's specific features and microclimate confer unique characteristics to the wine.

Aged for a minimum of 12 months in French and American oak barrels followed by at least 2 years in the bottle, this Reserva displays garnet hues with ash and balsamic aromas, cigar, white pepper, and undergrowth notes set against an oaky backdrop. On the palate it is dry and plush with voluminous, fine-grained tannins and a long, lingering finish. The 2020 vintage earned 93 points from Vinous Media, 92 points from Guía Peñín 2025, a Gold medal at Challenge International du Vin 2024, and 91 points from Wine Advocate.
