Flori Barbaresco is a classic expression of Nebbiolo from Cantina Flori, a fourth-generation family winery located in the hills of Treiso, a small village near Alba in the heart of the Langhe, Piedmont, Italy. This wine carries the prestigious Barbaresco DOCG designation and reflects the estate's commitment to traditional, restrained winemaking using neutral oak rather than the increasingly fashionable French barriques.

The estate's vines were planted between 1950 and 1970 and grow on marine-origin soils composed of sand and calcareous marl. Fruit is hand-harvested and fermented in stainless steel, then aged for 12 months in large Slavonian oak barrels, which build complexity while preserving the pure character of the Nebbiolo grape. The winery is certified under SQNPI, Italy's National Quality System for Integrated Production, ensuring sustainable practices throughout vineyard and cellar. Alcohol: 14%.

In the glass the wine shows a vibrant ruby-red color with violet hues signaling both youthful vibrancy and aging potential. The nose presents the Nebbiolo hallmarks of tar and rose petals layered with cherry jam, floral notes, and subtle herbal undertones.
