Heimark Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon is a premium Napa Valley red wine from a prestigious single-vineyard estate on the eastern edge of Napa Valley. The vineyard was established by Craig and Libby Heimark, who purchased the property in 1997 as a retirement project. This exclusive vineyard features rocky, volcanic soils and deeply rooted vines that have supplied fruit to numerous cult labels and award-winning winemakers over the years. The wine is crafted by acclaimed winemaker Francois Peschon, recognized by Vinous as winemaker of the year.

This bold and structured Cabernet Sauvignon offers a sleek yet complex profile with layers of blackcurrant, plum, and violets woven through notes of graphite, cedar, and crushed herbs. Fine-grained tannins and vibrant acidity provide excellent structure with outstanding aging potential. The wine pairs beautifully with beef, lamb, poultry, game meats, and mature hard cheeses.
