Diodice Rosso Puglia IGP is a premium Italian red wine produced by Varvaglione Vigne & Vini, a family winery founded in 1921 in Manduria, in the heart of the Puglia region. This hand-picked selection blends four distinguished grape varieties: Primitivo, Nero di Troia, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Syrah.

The wine displays a beautiful ruby red color with garnet hues. On the nose, it offers rich aromas of ripe currants, cherries, and mulberries, complemented by enticing notes of chocolate and licorice. The palate is velvety and soft, with delicate tannins and flavors of currant jam, cocoa, and warm spices.

This wine pairs excellently with red meats, cold cuts, beef roasts, pasta with meat sauce or truffles, aged Italian cheeses, and traditional Puglia dishes. Best served at 16-18°C (61-64°F).
