Stranahan's Diamond Peak is Colorado's premier limited-release American Single Malt whiskey, handcrafted at Stranahan's distillery in Denver — Colorado's first legal distillery since Prohibition. Distilled from 100% malted barley in small batches and aged in new American oak barrels, Diamond Peak represents the distillery's finest annual cask-finished expressions.

Each yearly release of Diamond Peak showcases a unique finishing process, exploring special cask types to build complexity beyond the core single malt tradition. Previous editions have been finished in Irish single malt casks, extra añejo tequila casks (José Cuervo Reserva de Familia), Caribbean rum casks, and local Colorado craft beer barrels. The whiskey is non-chill filtered and cut to proof using pristine Rocky Mountain water, bottled at 90 proof.
