The liqueur opens with delightful aromas of vanilla, double cream, nutmeg, and cocoa. On the palate, it offers a light, frothy texture layering vanilla buttercream, cocoa butter, and white chocolate, finishing with a pleasing warmth. At 16% ABV, it is gluten-free and made from entirely natural ingredients.

Coole Swan is the first Irish spirit to receive a rating of 96/100 from Wine Enthusiast (awarded in both 2010 and 2020) and has earned Double Gold at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition.
