Cayéya Single Barrel Añejo Tequila is a premium 100% agave tequila produced traditionally in San Juanito de Escobedo, Jalisco, Mexico. This cask strength añejo is aged for 18 months total with a distinctive two-stage maturation process: 15.5 months in a single American White Oak cask followed by 2.5 months of finishing in a single French Oak cask, creating an unblended single barrel masterpiece.

The tequila presents bold aromas of toasted oak, caramel, vanilla, maple syrup, and toffee with hints of dark chocolate and espresso. The palate delivers rich flavors of butterscotch, dark caramel, toasted vanilla, and charred oak, complemented by notes of dark chocolate, black cherries, black pepper, cinnamon, nutmeg, and clove. The high cask strength amplifies both the aromas and flavor profile, adding exceptional depth and complexity.

Each bottle is hand-signed by Master Destiladora Zandra Gomez and features a designated barrel and batch number along with the specific ABV. The tequila is produced using traditional methods including masonry brick oven cooking, roller mill crushing, and fermentation in stainless steel tanks without fibers. The finish is exceptionally long and robust with lingering charred oak and dark caramel notes, while the mouthfeel is full-bodied, velvety, and luxurious.
