Saigon Baigur is the first premium dry gin distilled in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. This extraordinary gin features fresh Buddha's Hand citrus and vapor-infused lotus flower, combined with 16 distinctive botanicals that create a bold, adventurous spirit with a Vietnamese take on classic dry gin.

The gin is copper pot hand-distilled at 43% ABV and incorporates 12 local Vietnamese botanicals alongside 4 classic gin ingredients. Key botanicals include Macedonian juniper berries, Buddha's Hand (a floral citrus fruit grown in Hanoi), lotus flower (a symbol of Vietnam adding floral and fragrant notes), Saigon cinnamon from the mountainous highlands, bird's eye chili, Phu Quoc peppercorn (one of the finest peppers in the world), black cardamom with smoky and fruity notes, star anise, lemongrass, dragon fruit, lime peel, fennel seed, coriander seed, angelica root, green cardamom pods, and liquorice.

The tasting profile reveals medium juniper with citrus on the nose, followed by spicy and warm notes from the diverse botanicals. The result is a well-rounded, sippable gin that pairs excellently with premium tonic, garnished with lemon and thyme for dry seasons or peppercorn and rosemary for cooler weather.
