VitaliTea Hawaiʻi Pearl Kombucha is a limited-release craft kombucha featuring persimmons from Hashimoto Persimmon Farm, located on the slopes of Haleakala in Maui. This is Hawaii's largest and oldest persimmon farm, operated by the same family for six generations. The kombucha is cold-brewed using traditional fermentation methods and made with locally sourced, island-grown organic ingredients. Each pack contains 6 bottles of 12 fluid ounces. The kombucha is raw, unpasteurized, and unfiltered to preserve beneficial probiotics and antioxidants. VitaliTea Hawaiʻi is proudly made and packaged in their South Maui production facility as part of their farm-to-bottle approach, supporting local Hawaiian agriculture and traditional kombucha brewing techniques.
